The Lookout stands on beautiful Aldeburgh beach made famous worldwide as the inspiration for Benjamin Britten’s music.
Stay, create and sell your art (with no commission) for only £100 per night, per person (minimum 3 nights).
Per night includes accommodation and a full day and evening in the Lookout.
Previous high profile artists who have gained inspiration from the Lookout include Paul Benney, Clara Drummond, Tai-Shan Schierenberg as well as many of our most prestigious Royal Academicians including Peter Blake, Eileen Cooper, Anne Desmet, Ryan Gander, Nigel Hall and Chris Orr.
The Lookout with its spiral staircase is one of Aldeburgh’s most iconic buildings.

Crag Path is a thoroughfare providing excellent passing trade.
Three Bedrooms available, single artists or groups welcome.
First come first served for the double bedroom with ensuite.
